This actually works but you have to follow it exactly - download and install windows media player 11 this will take about 30 minutes.
One thats done plug in the mp3 player wait for it to start charging.
go to start menu - control panel - peformance and maintenance - system - click the hardware tab - device manager - itll be in there with a big yellow exclamation mark - open it up - you click to install/update it - let windows find drivers - it'll take a few minutes but it will install and then you unplug the mp3 player and pulug it back in and it'll connect - you can acess it through "my computer"

The player should have came with a usb connection cable as well as a CD with the software on it. The easiest way would be to install the software on your computer and then connect the player to your computer. Once connected, open up the program and it should load all of the songs.
connect your mp3 to the computer via usb or if has a memmory card, remove it then put it in the card reader then connect to the pc, after connecting to the pc, your computer identify it as a removable drive then put the music or videos that you want on that removable drive
When i connect my mp4, nothing pops up i have to go to my computers and then its under removable disk (f:). How do i put music into it if does not say anything about mp4 or music and where do i get my music from?
