Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player

Blue/red vertical Lines

Was deleting music fm sansa e260. Lost house power, unpluged MP3 player. after power came back I finished. Noticed red/blue vertical lines. Can't turn off or anything else. HELP!

I figured out that if you hold down the power button for about thirty seconds it'll power down.

It worked for me, anyway.

Black screen, lit up blue wheel ,Cant see screen

try detaching the back by taking off the tiny screws (dont lose them!) taking out the battery + putting it back in.

My display is frozen at on. Vertical Lines appear on screen

Try to hold down the off button and restart it, if it still shows the same screen take it for servicing.

Try to reset it with a needle at the a hole on the side where it says reset button (it says in the back next to the hole). I hope that can take of the problem.

Sansa SanDisk e250 screen is on but distorted

Drain the battery then recharge it via computer or AC adapter

Blue screen

Remove your back plate and slip the battery out for a second. Should clear it right up no problem. Next time make sure to close programs that might be using the device before unplugging it.
