If this is new I recommend returning it for a replacement.

The old trick is to cut the current belt in half along its length, then remove the front most half of the old belt. Slide the new belt up to the remaining half of the old belt, then cut of the old belt and push the new belt fully on to the sprockets.

Do you use a satellite dish or cable? There are 2 different ways to control picture size. One is through the TV itself but there is sometimes also a control through the dish. For DISH network it is format on the remote. You may want to check if that setting is set to zoom or a setting like that. If it is, the TV control of the picture won't change anything. Both the Omega and Acme juicers vibrate no matter what you do. I found a worn shredder
blade actually produces less vibration. However this involves filing the cutting burrs down
and resetting the blade to chute gap. If you're up to it, take the blade out and file each row
of burrs about halfway down. Then with the juicer fully assembled, unlock the set screw on
the center of the bottom, turn it clockwise until the chute contacts the blade, and back it off
a half turn. The set screw actually raises and lowers the motor spindle. Both companies
would not agree with this, but this solution comes from operating my 21 year old Acme.
I recently replaced the blade and the juicer immediately began tap dancing. Went back to
the old blade.

Take it to Ford and pay for it. There arent a lot of ways to do that. See if you can negotiate-or go to a different dealer. My local Honda dealer did it for free.

you better not used the automatic detection of the pictures, it never works fine

sarge, it sounds like the vertical output IC went bad on you. If it was a bad connection or a bad capacitor, your picture would have been a straght line across the screen. They call the output section of the IC a push-pull type of amp, so the top half of the sweep IC went out. If you have had some soldering experience, and or experience with solid state repair, locating the bad IC and replacing it is no big deal. If you havent, stay safe and call in a pro to assist you in this repair, as there is alot of high voltage inside this puppy that is still present even if the set is unplugged. It should not cost an arm or a leg to repair this set. An honest repair on a set like this if you take it in should not exced 125 to 150 bucks. Good Luck PS Please dont forget to rate this thread.
