Hello,
I just wanted to suggest some things for you to try, if you have not done them already. Try hooking up a known good signal, such as the main input cable from your cable or dish, hook it straight to your tv, and see if you can change channels, and get a picture on low band...2 thru 6, and then if not, how about any picture above channel 6, if you get picture on 2 thru 13 now, it could be whatever you have hooked in between the input cable and the tv...be sure you have the tv on the right channel for your receiver, usually 3 or 4, or if you are using another type of video input cable, make sure you have tv on the right input for that cable and that cable is good...check the in and out of your component unit, for correct cable hookup as well as your cables, in reference to using RCA video and audio left and right in and out...a lot of sets and vcr's will go to a blue screen if they lose signal to them....I hope this helps you out some.If you cannot get a picture from hooking your signal straight to your tv, it could be the tuner got a spike from a thunderstorm, or has lost the B Plus source for the tuner circuit. Be sure that it is not selected for an input signal, other than the cable or antenna mode, the onscreen text should verify this, if you can change channels with or without getting video...a picture....Good luck with it. T.

Intermittently get a blue screen on channels 2,3,4,5,6. Other TVs connected to cable work fine. Direct connected cable to the TV, same problem with a known good signal. Learned channels, no 2,3,4,5,6. Disconnect cable, reconnect. Might get the channels. Works for a while then blue again. No settings will fix this as I can see. No locks set, no parentals. Had cable co. out, signal fine. Purchased in Fall 2002. All other channels work fine.
I get channels 48 on up except 49. Blue from 2 - 47. Can anyone help?
