Question about Crosley Conductor CR73 Turntable

Crosley turntable/speeds not working

I just bought a Crosley CR66. Tried it out in the store and it worked, but was on all the time, never shut off, but as long as it turned I was fine.

Got home to play some records and it wouldn't play. Directions say to turn arm to the right until a click, which starts the turntable but it doesn't do anything. We messed with it and got it going.

Then my son turned it off and wouldn't work again.

Tonight I was messing with it again, doing the trouble shooting thing. I decide to mess with the speeds. Well the 33 and 45 won't work but the 78 works perfectly all the time.

So I am thinking it is an arm and speed switch problem, anyone else have any idea how to fix it.

I cannot take it back.

I don't know how to get the turn table to start

Once the turntable mode is selected picking up the arm and moving it to the record should start the deck spinning.

I have a Crosley CR66-PA. It's 120 volts and I

It might have blown the fuse if you are lucky. Otherwise it's likely the transformer failed.

I just bought a replacement needle for a Crosley CR66 4 in 1 record player and now my records sound distorted and far away

It might be that you have caused an earth wire to the cartridge to come off or loose. Check the connections to the cartridge.

Turntable does NOT turn.Crosley CR66 vintage Radio and Turntable

Try this - GENTLY move the phono arm to the RIGHT until you hear a click Tof course, do this after you turn on the power via the volume dial and set the other dial to"phono"). Doing this turns on the turntable when you haven't used it in awhile. This worked for us, hope it works for you.

If it doesn't work, you can check the belt by removing the tiny clip at the center post and gently lift the turntable platform/tray to peek at the motor and belt underneath. The pulley is on the right at the 2 o'clock position, the belt should be in contact with it.

My Crosley combination turntable/CD/cassette/AM & FM radio has recently started giving me fits. I bought it new in 2003 and, until a few months ago, it worked great. But now the turntable arm won't click...

my Crosley CR6007A-MA turntable's sound is very, very low. You can't even hear it barely. I haven't had it long at all and it wasn't broke due to any sort of abuse. I really have no idea why it would do this for no reason! Help!

Mine isn't working either, have you tried your speeds? I messed with mine and found out only the 78 speed works.
