Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Same issue.. brought phone into local Verizon store. They upgraded the software and voila..... free fix took about 20 minutes.

Go to settings then network then set your band to automatic, thats how i fixed mine. hope this helps.

Try to go to setting then network and search new networks. or network setup... worth a try???
