Question about Toshiba W522 VHS VCR
Mine is actually a W512 VHS VCR. Cannot make the tracking display disappear. The display button used to work. The tracking button next to it will change the tracking mode. How can I make the display disappear from screen.
Try unplugging the unit for 30 minutes and see if that takes care of it. Just turning it off won't clear it because as long as power is coming to it ex. plugged in, it won't clear. If that doesn't take care of it you may have a problem with the selector board. If so get yourself a new VCR as it will cost more than it is worth to fix it.
