SIGNAL BOARD WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A SIGNAL BOARD FOR MY MITSUBISHI 65 INCH PROJECTION TV MODEL# WS65819 SO I CAN INSTALL IT MYSELF?

I have the same problem with a bad signal board. Was just told by Mitsubishi that they no longer manufacture it. They're attempting a "national parts" search. Tech says that by leaving the tv on for an extended period caused Projection Tube Coolant fluid to leak onto the board, shorting it out. Can PTS repair this and if they do, don't I run the risk of fluid leaking again?

    Thanks,
    Alan

Hi, Any authorized Mitsubishi dealer can order your board for you, If you live in a metro area go to Sears Service dept.(not the stores) and order one there, Mitsubishi is "proprietary parts" so you have to go to an authorized dealer, hope this helps you out, BMW Rider

Short answer: No.

The board and install will cost you more than an LCD/LED flat screen TV.

Sorry for the bad news, but you will save space and electricity with the new TV.

Next problem: Trashing the projection TV.
