have a look at the above link...or incase it doesnt work here's the info: if you already have the mp3s on your phone you can easily set them as your ringtone through mediascape... go to the mp3 you want as ringtone and simply press the menu button (it has the 4 squares above it)... it comes up with the option 'set as ringtone'! :))
if your phone has bluetooth activate it and make it visible. If your PC has bluethooth do the same and it should find the phone automatically. After it does you can send pics and ringtones to the phone from the PC. You can also view the pics/ringtones on your phone, as you do you should have a menu feature to let you send them via bluetooth. Hope this helps.
Make sure that the USB port that you are plugging the phone to is working properly. You can try by connecting a USB flash disk. If the port is functioning properly it should show you a balloon after you connect your phone to the pc. If this does not work please let me know the model of the phone so that I can give some more steps
GO TO MENU SETTING SELECT PHONE SETTING THEN GO TO THE USB SETTING THEN SELECT MASS STORAGE PUT THE USB IN THE PHONE. THAN SWITCH THE BLUETOOTH. THAN IT STARTED TO LOAD UP. IT WORKS FOR ME I JUST TRY IT.
There is a downloadable N99i USB driver and a PC sync suite at http://chinamanuals.com Both will help you to connect the phone via USB cable and transfer files to and from the phone.
