Question about iRiver E10 Digital Media Player
my Iriver E10 needs a player update(whatever that is) and my computer wont reconize it. i have tried all the ports on the computer and it wont pick it up. my computer has installed Iriver plus3 software but i dont know how to fix my iriver. can you please help me!!!!
Realy need to fix it !!!

I have the same problerm ,2 computers and one laptop , all come up as unknown device , and i recently purchased a new data cable , im begining to really wonder if its the cable , did you guys buy new cables as well ? , i honestly cant see how 2 computers and a laptop can all fail.
im starting to think the E10 is a piece of $#@%

Lol get the warranty n send it back to the manufacturer n ask for all the files to be restored b4 u get it back
