Back to a service centre and get them to cable unlock, you're stopped from by passing this unlock. anyone finding or stealing your phone could easily unlock a phone if it was just a case of pressing buttons.
Before taking it to a service centre, you can try flashing the firmware. Download Update Service software from Sony ericsson site, connect your phone to your PC(follow the guide), run the software and perform the update. After it is done, unplug, turn on your phone. It should work now. If it still doesnt work, something is wrong with the hardware and you'll have to take it to a service centre.
Hi there.. block the incoming call barring feature. we can restrict incoming calls and
add prefered people who are allowed to call. this feature is present on
most sony ericsson phones.
to enable it go to settings->call
settings->manage calls->accept calls. add the allowed people
phone no.s in the list and turn on the "only from list" you will not get
call from people except one in the list.
If the same SIM card works well in another phone ie. your calls come through OK, then the problem must be with the actual phone set.
If not, ie. your calls are diverted to your voice box (answering service) then cancel the divert.

SMS are not always delivered immediately that is down to the 'works overload'
Try putting the phone in a very warm dry place, ay in the "Hot water cupboard" for a day or so and this may drive out any moisture that may be causing the problems, also shake the phone vigorously B4 you do so to try and dislodge any moisture. Or you could try disassembly and wiping the keypad contacts, perhaps there is still moisture there, or maybe it has shorted something else which is why ya gotta dry it out completely.
