After you reformat, you need to reinstall all the motherboard device drivers. You can find your device drivers here:

Please check your motherboard for the version number as there are several versions of this particular motherboard. Select that version and download the drivers you need.

The best place to download drivers is the manufacturer's website. Elite Computer Systems (aka Elitegroup or ECS) does make a board with the P4M800-M designation. Here is the link to the downloads page from the ECS website:)

Not many drivers listed, just the BIOS updates, SATA and audio and the manual. Perhaps the manual will prove more helpful in finding whatever other drivers you might need.
