After successfully using my Plantronics Voyager 510 with my Blackberry Curve together for the past month , today I they don't seem to be correctly synched.
I turned off and then fully recharged them both last night. This morning, when I tried to pair them, the got hung in the trying to connect mode then eventually gave me a failure message. Tried to make a test call and would only work from the handset. When I checked the headset status in the Bluetooth menu, the only option it gave me was to disconnect. I did hear the disconnect tone in my headset, but that was all.
I tried shutting both off and on again, but didn't have any better luck. I tried re-synching, but I can't seem to get my headset into synch mode (pressing power and hook button simultaneously, right?).
Incidentally, prior to the Voyager 510, I had a different model of Plantonics headset that is still listed on my phone - might that now be the source of my problem?
