Question about Vacuums
I have conditioned and charged and still only runs for 30-45n secs
Like all batteries after a while they go bad/will not hold a charge. especially the kind that is always plugged in/always charging, like electric shavers, cordless vac and so on.

This would be the problem for an old vac and battery. Just bought a new scunci 52033 and if won't charge Checked the battery and if won,t charge beyond 11.63 volts.
I connected a 12v 4.5ah battery from my stock and the vac worked perfectly. Tried to charge the original battery but couldn,t get higher than 11.88 volts. Coul be bad batteries. Customer service at Conair is usless. Alot of stores stopped selling this vac.

SOURCE: cordless vac won't hold a charge
The 9500 Bissell is not cordless?? But these can have a problem with the bucket not seating right part #2036961, the autoload at the bottom of the tank, part #2036675 , or the autoload gasket part #2036679 isn't on the autoload asm and may just be sitting in the hole in the base where the bucket sits. There also is a pump that may have gone bad part #2036717. This does have a 1 year warranty, so if it less then 1 year it would be covered under warranty.
