Sounds like you have the same problem as I do. There is some setting to make the rear/sub channels output and I can't figure it out either. Something to do with the RS-P function??

Im not exactly sure but if u press the EQ3 button a couple times once the xplod option is selected i think that is the setting that i designed for subs. Another possibility might be pressing the volume knob until the subs option is selected, might have something to do with that. The only other thing i can think of is making sure all of the wire connections are correct and properly connected, this is all i can think of because i just put this radio in my car a couple of days ago and have not put my subs in it yet so i haven't needed to figure this out yet. Best of luck.

I've gone through about 3 sets of 12" to 10" subs in my life. They've all done that same thing, regardless of the brand and quality. What you need to do is give them a day or even two days of rest. Just turn the bass completely off. If you can't turn your subs on or off by themselves, then I wouldn't play music for at least a day. If that doesn't work, take it back to the people who installed it and have them fix it for free. Good luck my friend.

Coustic Car Audio 12RS Car Speaker Watts

That all depends.

I have a Sony Xplod Sub, also 12" and 4ohm, and it is a 1000w sub.

But my friend has sub that is also 4ohm and yet it is only 500w.

The ohm mean nothing when trying to figure out the wattage.

Try www.coustic.com for more info (site will not load for me)

I have two 12 inch rockford p1 punches powered by an 800 watt sony explode amp (2 Channel) and i want to install another 15 inch kicker with a 1200 watt amp not sure the model, i got it from a friend and...

I have a similar setup & I just run the second amp straight off the other amp by running positive & remote wires directly from 1 amps positive & remote inputs to the others amps inputs. But my head unit has RCA inputs, (sub in & front & rear inputs) so from my 4 channel amp I run 2 6 inch alpine S's to the front to the front RCA inputs of the head unit, & 2 Pioneer 440w 6x9 inch speakers to the rear inputs. & my 800w 12 inch sub from my 2 channel amp to the sub woofer inputs on the head unit. Has blown my eardrums for nearly 12 months now great stuff! Hope this has helped

Mazzer luigi super jolly

Easiest way to set the grind on the super jolly is to remove the beans, turn towards fine until you can barely move the middle stem in the grind chamber, then turn towards course about 12-14 notches on the grinding adjuster(not numbers but notches between numbers). If you still cannot get a fine grind and it is not a brand new grinder replace burrs.

Amp & subs not working. Do you turn them on by the cd player?

Yes: You need to run the amplfier's remote turn-on to the accessory wire, the red wire of your cd player to the constant accessory 12 volts in the dash.

Blown solobaric?

how did he messed up? anyways, if u push the cone of the sub down and u hear a sound like "TUN!" its most likely ur sub is irremediably damaged. The cone needs to come up perfectly as a good sub would do. I need to know exactly what ur friend did b.c it is quite weird to mess a good sub by slightly switching cables

System not playing

Sounds like the output transistors on the amp are blown. Were you slammin when it stopped or how did you find out it stopped working. It could be the sub failed then caused the ap to go which is why you get a little something from the JL.
