Once the history has been deleted you are not able to retrieve that information unless taken to a data recovery expert which will be costly.
If you have access to the billing information/account information you may want to ask the service provider to see if that have detail billing. This will list any and all information go in and out using their services such as text messages and phone calls.
you might not be able to - dont have that phone so not sure, if you are trying to hide something, delete them all under settings. if it is possible to delete them then there should be a menu choice on the phone in the resent call list?
Dialing Numbers or FDN list is a SIM card based security feature which
allows the phone to be "locked" so that it can only dial certain
numbers, or numbers with certain prefixes.
A PIN2 code
(numeric password) protects the allowed list of numbers from being
changed by any person who does not know the PIN2 code.
FDN mode, your device will restrict outgoing calls, except for the
numbers stored in the FDN list.
To activate FDN
1.) In idle mode, open the application list and select
Settings ? Call settings ? Fixed Dialling Numbers ? Enable FDN.
2.) Enter the PIN2 supplied with your SIM or USIM card and
3.) Select FDN list and add contacts to be
used in FDN mode.
1.) In idle
mode, open the application list and select Settings ? Call settings ?
Fixed Dialling Numbers ? Disable FDN.
2.) Enter the PIN2
supplied with your SIM or USIM card and select OK.
Warning: PIN2 is a serious SIM-based security feature of the
handset. If you are not sure of your PIN2, please do not enter random
PIN2. When you access a menu requiring the PIN2, you must enter the
PIN2 supplied with the SIM or USIM card. Contact your service
provider/ Network for your PIN2. If the wrong PIN2 code is entered
three times in a row, PIN Lock(PUK2) will be automatically activated.
You will have to first make a selection over the call list i.e. you can select to delete the missed calls or received calls. I am sure in case you are trying to delete the entire call list, it may not be possible to do so.
Kindly try and select few calls then try and delete them at once.
Let me know if this helps.
Pls take some time and rate me for the suggestion.
------> If your cell phone is stolen, the first step is to suspend your account so people cannot makeexpensive calls or texts to others using your phone. Depending upon thetype of service you use, you may either need to call the service or usetheir Internetreporting service to stop the line from working. Most believe that thisshould be done as soon as possible, since people can immediately beginto make expensive calls from your phone. Failure to report promptly ifyour cell phone is stolen could mean you are responsible for some of the calls made by the thief.
-------> Many cell phone companies also sell additional insurance that can help one cover these costs if your cell phone is stolen. Some cell phone insurance also can cover the cost of replacing thephone. If you purchased your phone and contracted with a service at thesame time, you may have to spend significantly more to replace thephone. Cell phone companies often offer excellent deals to newcustomers, but for established customers, a brand new cell phone cancome at a high price, especially if is replacing an elaborate orexpensive phone. ------> If your cell phone is stolenand is a prepaid phone, you can still request that service be stoppedto the phone. However, your cell phone will stop working the moment thethief runs out of pre-purchased minutes. In these cases, you might wantto risk the minutes for a day or two, to see if anyone has merely foundyour cell phone and wishes to return it to you. It’s a good idea tokeep your home number listed in your call list, so that someone whofinds a lost phone has the chance to return it to you.
--------> call Customer Services. Have your IMEI and SIMnumbers available when you call. These are included in the informationprovided with your handset. They then permanently bar your phone so thatit is no longer possible to use it to make any calls. Please call them assoon as you can because you have to pay for calls made from your phonebefore you report the phone missing.
Hope my info helps you, Thanx for using fixya, Cheers.
heyo, ya can't. Tried this myself. The phone has the reject list, the the phone company. However, most phone companies have a reject list (or block list) of their own as a 'feature'. It will cost $5 a month...but it may be worth it.
