Question about Hotpoint Aquarius WMA52 Front Load Washer
Hi could anyone help me, my washer is making a very loud knocking noise when it goes into the spin cycle it sounds like a boeing 747 taking off It washes fine and seems ok apart from the noise which is rather annoying any help would be great kind regards.
Hello I think that the drum bearings have gone on the machine..
To open the door and spin the empty drum quickly by hand and you should hear the noise or say a less amplifed one.. Also another way to check is to move the inner durm up and down to see if there is any play in it..
If you need any further advice then dont hesistate to ask....

If noise is continuous, is load too heavy? If thats ok, then check specs of the machine,? does the motor have bearings? chances are it wont, but if it does that could be ne reason.
