1 Answer

Floating window I have a HP computer and when I click on Media center I get a floating message saying that it is "Not in optimum mode, Recomended mode is 1280x1024 60hz analog" although it is already set to that. I have no mouse pointer and the only way to get out is to press the Microsoft windows flag key.

Basically its telling you to change to the correct resolution. You may have it set too high. If you go into "Safe Mode" you should be able to bring it down. Or if worse comes to worse, uninstall and reinstall your video card. Just make sure to have the drivers available.
