Printer does not power up.....

Hi,
I have an iP4300 Pixma Canon printer.

It worked just fine yesterday morning; I shut it off with on/off switch and then tried to restart a few hours later. No power lites or action.

I have tried replugging all connections and verified that my outlets are all fine.

What next? Thanks! Don

Hi
Have you tried replacing the power cable?
Unplug the machine from the power supply.
Press and hold on the power button several times.
Connect the machine and power it on.

I have a big problem with my canon pixma iP3400 ..last night i was doing nozzle deep cleaning because i saw that my black ink wasnt working the way it should...but later on after i did all those tests and...

try to remove the cord that connects your printer to your live outlet and reinsert it back then. then power on your printer back.

Printer will not even turn on the power supply cord is fine.

hi,
1.Make sure powerchord connected properly&turn the switch ON.
2.Fuse has damaged due to excess/Voltage variations(inside Printer Board),you have to replace the fuse.

Power down the Canon Pixma IP4300. Once it has shut down, leave it off for a few moments.
Hold down both the "Resume" button and the "Power Button." When the printer begins to restart, release the "Resume" button but continue pressing "Power."
Push in the "Resume" button twice, then let go of both the buttons. In a moment, a green light flashes a few times.
Press the "Resume" button four times once the green flashing has finished.
Push the "Power" button again until the printer shuts down. Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to restart the device. The Canon Pixma IP4300 will now function properly. for more information http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/printer/67824 hope this helps you.
