How do you fix this? Can you send it out? Thank you?

  • Anonymous Dec 05, 2008

I've had that problem 3 times in a row now.

Firstly, my SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 earphones stuffed up, and I thought it was just the MP3, so I got an iPod.

Then the earphones that came with the iPod stuffed up, so I bought another set of earphones.

Then THEY stuffed up as well.

And recently, (only about a month ago) I bought a new set of 30 dollar earphones and they THEY TOO HAVE TURNED SHITTY. The music only comes out of one frigging earpiece and I'm so freaking fed up, none of my friends at school have this problem even though theirs' are YEARS older than mine. WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG??!?!?!!?!?!? :'(

only the right earphone on my headphones is working. how do i fix this so that both work??
i thought it was just my headphones but when i plugged my Sansa e260 into my speakers, the left speaker didnt work on that either.
I listened to music on my computer and both earphones worked perfectly, so i came to the conclusion that it had to be my Sansa.
PLEASE HELP ME!! how do i fix this??

Only one of my earphones work for my mp3 player

Make sure that you've pushed the earphone plug all the way in. Some Sansa players have very tight earphone jacks. If that doesn't work, it's likely that the player is broken.

Left side of earphones don't work

I have the same problem as well. you just have to take the headphones out, and not put them in all the way. just put them in partway, wait until you can hear out of both.

Sound to one earphone only unless pressure applied.

try taking a cue tip or something smaller and cleaning out the inside of the earphone port, sometimes dust can cause interference with the headphones

Only have sound on right side

I don't know if you used new earphones but if you did I would try to clean the inside of the mp3 player then reconnect youre earphone. If you still have the problem return to the store, then the hardware in the mp3 itself is wrong.

Music not coming from both earplugs.

Buy another- seriously. You can view this video if you want to try to replace the headphone jack, but you will probably cause more damage in the process:

Sansa earphones

first try using different headphones, if the problem isn't with the headphones then it's the mp3 you'll probably have to send it in to get it fixed.
