my phone is like frozen i cant make calls or texts or do anything in my phone the only thing i can do is review calls and i took the battery out and the same thing still is happening so somebody tell me what to do

in the upper rh coner of phone
(phone open there is a very small pinhole) this is reset button use sharp pencil or ballpoint pen to reset it
