My battery charger ligth is flashing and it is still not charging. I have tried another one and it is still doing the same thing

Your battery has probably reached its service light and can no longer take or hold a charge. Replace the battery.

Old battery not charging plug in charger green light goes out

If the system will not power on, and the LED on the AC adapter goes out when plugged into the system, then the most likely senario is the motherboard has failed. Remove the battery, Wireless card, Drives, RAM and connect the AC adapter see if anything changes. If no change, the MB is most likely bad.

Laptop battery charge indicator flashing amber and green

If the battery is hot from being used in your computer or being in a hot environment, the battery may not charge when you connect the computer to an electrical outlet. The battery is too hot to start charging if the batter15.jpg light flashes alternately orange and green. Disconnect the computer from the electrical outlet and allow the computer and the battery to cool to room temperature. Then connect the computer to an electrical outlet to continue charging the battery.

Flashing amber battery light

Sure, this just mean your are in charging mode, but your battery is at full charge. Should your battery need charging and in charging mode the lights would be green most likely.

Battery appears charged, but computer will only run when plugged in

does your battery have one of those charge indicator panels on bottom?

also, it's possible that the connection from battery to the internals is shot..if that's the case, then you're looking at a major motherboard swap
