Press home volume down and power when phone comes on take finger off power then volume then home. plug into itunes and restore software after it has installed click on new this will wipe phone to new
screen cracked you need to replace screen with another one by a sucker on the screen if will not suck do to the crack glue it on and slowly pull up the screen and remove the screen cables and the hidden cable for the screen (lift the black clip up carefully and pull out the screen in direction of the cable to come out. replace screen and put cables back on and clip cable back down.
If your screen is cracked, you have to bring it back to the dealer, when the screen was cracked, the part of your phone that recognizes the touch input is more than likely irreversibly damaged, you may need a new phone.
