Red light stays on and never goes back to green....

This is a common problem with this model. There is a microphone in the rear duct that is not firmly seated. Usually this can be cured by removing the duct at the rear of the vacuum, that the hose attaches to, and using a small screwdriver to push around the outer edges of the small round microphone button. It may not look as if anything is happening, but this will usually cure the problem. I like to put a small piece of sponge or rubber against the mike to hold it more firmly in place prior to re-assembly.

I have dropped the mic onto a hard floor and now it will not work. How can I take it apart?

Depending on the type of element; dynamic or condenser, you won't likely be able to repair this yourself. Both are delicate and use very small dimensions. The condenser type are most likely to survive a drop but the dynamic type is easier to damage and if it is an E815S, it's dynamic.

Hinge on right side broke down.

Right ill give you a good bit of advice,(1)--all you need is confidence in your own ability!
Get some aluminum brackets or strip./get some good glue/get some small bolts (very small) and nuts and washers.Get some (scavenge) some plastic from abnywhere and repair the thing yourself .If its working (the pc!) then its your best option you can even mend it wit pieces of plywood and glue
This sort of problem is common on older laptops but it is basicaly a weakness of all laptops especiall when they have been dropped
Other option is to see if the manufacturer can supply parts or scavenge from another one same model

Sennheiser ew 100 g2 handheld microphone loose coil in capsule?

I had a similar problem with a sure sm 57 that I used on a guitar amp. I don't know if this is the correct fix but it worked for me. I took thin strips of paper to use as spacers and placed them evenly around the coil. I used a hot melt glue gun and placed 3 small drops around the edge of the coil. Remove the spacers and the coil should be secure.

Recently I dropped my Beta 87A mic and the 2 wires that connect the mic itself came disconnected from the mic. I want to know how to resolder the mic. Thanks in advance. Norbert

I take it they are the wires to the diaphragm not the cable (XLR) connector.Be very carefull when soldering the wires back on. A small solder iron with a pointed tip works best. The positve terminal should be marked with a small red dot.The red wire goes there and the black on the negative. Be carefull and take your time.

Jack for the external microphone

There is an error in the MobilePro 900 manual (Pages 2-2 and 2-3). The jack on the front of the MobilePro 900 is a stereo headphone jack only. The MobilePro 900 has a built in microphone. There is no jack for attaching an external microphone.
