I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab E and the keyboard has stopped working any suggestions please

If it's a hardware keyboard that connects using bluetooth there are several possibilities:

1. The Tab E has wireless crosstalk problems: If you use wifi and bluetooth at the same time they will interfere with each other.

2. Possibly the battery in your keyboard is dead. Charge it or change the batteries.

3. Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard in the Bluetooth Settings.

Why won't my wireless keyboard work?

Hi there
If your wireless keyboard worked at one time, my guess is, it is compatible, but you may just need to adjust a few settings. Did you previously go through the steps of setting up the device, or did the keyboard begin to work, upon plugging it in? A few things you can check, before attempting to reinstall the keyboard are as follows:
1. Make sure your Bluetooth device is on and is discoverable
  1. Turn on the device and make it discoverable (varies by device, check information that came with device)
2. Make sure Bluetooth is active on Surface
  1. Open the Settings charm, then tap or click Change PC Settings
  2. Tap or click Wireless
  3. Make sure Bluetooth is set to On
3. Check to verify the keyboard is listed under available devices.
  1. Open the Settings charm, tap or click Change PC settings.
  2. Tap or click Devices to see a list of available devices.
If your keyboard does not show up in the list of available devices, I would recommend going through the steps of adding the device.
Hopefully that works for you, but should you have further problems adding a device, see Troubleshoot Bluetooth.

Wireless keyboard and mouse not working

Hello

Some wireless keyboards and mices have a button that enables the locating signal of the device, this button when pressed locates the receiver and initiate a pairing with the host. Look below you keyboard and mouse, and if your keyboard is a Bluetooth device, then check in your computer if the bluetooth is enabled and drivers are installed.

good luck
