my cliq will not charge..

I Have the same problem. The Charging indicator is charging but the battery drains instead of charging. I swapped batteries and the same thing happens

Make sure it's not just the battery (swap with battery from friend)Otherwise it could be the usb port logic board, you can try to replace the it yourself:If you can't get a replacement under warranty there is both a T-Mobile Cliq Repair Guide and a third party T-Mobile Repair Service, If you try a self-repair make sure you feel comfortable with opening devices like that.

do you vknow if the charger works at all? what happens if you use the usb cable that came with it and connect it to your computer? if the computer does anything at all when you bplug the cable in then I wsould say you have a faulty charger.i truly doubt changing your battery would solve anything. if it were the batttery you would either see it trying to charge or get a battery error. i really do not think that is the problem.
