Problem for Soltek SL-65KV2-T Motherboard

Hello,
I have a Soltek SL-65KV2-CT - motherboard - ATX - Pro133T working with the Intel Pentium III SL3VG (600 MHz) and 128 MB 133Mhz SDRAM PC133 DIMM 168PIN RAM. it's working slow but it works !
I would like to know if i can simply substitut the 128 MB ram memory for 3 * 512 MB (1,5 GB) and the SL3VG for one of this processors:
Intel Pentium III 1.40GHz 133MHz FSB 512KB Processor (Intel P3 Tualatin model SL6BY)
or
Intel Pentium III 1.40GHz 133MHz FSB 512KB Processor (Intel P3 Tualatin model SL5XL)

I have the same mainboard SL-65KV2-CT and i have installed 2 * 512 MB ram and a processor Intell Celeron 1400 Mhz.
There are no problems
