How do I clean out the suction side of a Hoover steam-vac Model#f6020-900. I took all the screws out and still cant get it apart.I vacuum before using it, but it still seems to find more hair.
These don't come apart. Hoover makes a thin long tool that will allow you to stick up into this suction side to clean it or use a long piece of galvanized metal strip to slide up into it and clear away the hair.

Help from those who use the Hoover Steam Vac. Three months after I purchased this steam cleaner, the center brush would fall out every time I lifted it up or angled it on its rear wheels to move. Nothing but constant floor pressure keeps the brush in and without it there's no spin. Any suggestions?? It's still under warranty.

leaks when idle: flooding floor.. when using the spray pattern seems erratic as if it shoots too far to left and right.. but i suppose that is not as big a problem.. I tested on my garage cement floor to get a good understanding of how the water dissapates and distributes. quite telling.

I just bought a hoover F5914-900. It worked well for the first two times I emptied the recovery tank but when I stopped the unit to empty the tank the third time and pressed the release pedal to tilt the unit to remove the tank the dirty water came rushing out on my clean floor. I am afraid to use the unit. What could be the problem?
