Dell latitude d600 bluetooth and infrared devices problems
my notebook is dell latitude d600. first i would like to know if i can both access bluetooth and infrared services without connecting any device. and if i can access all these, may you please help on how to configure my notebook so that i can enjoy its presence.
and if possible, may you please help me on how i can get the device drivers for bluetooth and infrared.

- My Dell Latitude D600 has a problem with bluetooth. The Icon of Dell Bluetooth on the system tray is dark out. I know it was shining bright blue when it was on, which was the case when I bought it. However, it seems that Microsoft bluetooth that comes with the Windows XP works well and can recognize my bluetooth mouse. In Device Manager, I can see that there is no Dell bluetooth, but just microsoft bluetooth module. It looks that Windows recognize my Dell Truemobile bluetooth internal card as a generic bluetooth module. But just I would like to use the Dell Bluetooth module. Hi,
I think most of these laptops comes without the bluetooth adapter.
So u have to check the manual or visit where you Got your laptop to find out if it came with it.
It has infrared.
Check your manual and locate it.
It will be normally at the back.
so to send or receive information, bring the device closer making sure that it is eye to eye with the laptops infrared port and just send or receive..
Your can also locate the infrared at the control panel..
Let me know if your successful or not

Infrared is not working, its not detecting the device at all,
