i am going to purchase on tomorrow from a lady and the only problem is that she says on the desktop when you click on an icon to open the program it doesnt open up what you click on how do you fix that

Wizhi, its a software problem, try running the system ina safe mode and check if it works, or else restore it to previous settings,if u dont know how to restore, run the xp boot disk and repair the O/S.. let me know
