you may try leaving the phone off for a week with out the battery in and of course no charger, then try plugging a charger in that you know is working by testing on another phone.

Get battery of phone checked at phone store

its software problem try to factory restore

If that doesn't work try it with the charger hooked up.

Remove the cables,and clean the battery terminals,and the battery post until they shine,remove all grey,or black looking film from the cable ends,and the battery post,this acts as a insulator,so remove all debris,,then you should be fine,thank you and please rate,if this was at all helpful.

Sounds like the battery's dead. Goto your cell phone provider and ask for a battery to check and see if it works in your phone. If it does, then buy a new battery.

make sure that your charger is not bent, i had the samd roblem sometimes you just have to get a new charger or just get that one to position right so that it will charge the phone

Thats what my phone does when the battery is dead. perhaps it did not charge last night. see if the phone will turn on while connected to the charger. if so, the battery is dead or defective.
