Can't access new Olympus Master files.

I've had this problem before and it corrected itself somehow, but not this time.
IfImake any changes on a downloaded shot (cropping, color) thenewfiledoesn't appear as an extra file on the 'contact sheet page,(Youknow,file 7/30 will change to 8/31. It stays at 7/30 )but asagreyeddown file on the following date page, and can't beopened. Idouble click or just click and am just taken to a newdatepage. Whether in browse or view
