- This is so sad! I went to download all the photos of my four grandchildren visiting me at my ranch....NO photos.I'm new to the camera, so I'm very careful, only turning on the camera and adjusting for distance, never touching all the other buttons on the camera.
I have a new imac, and my daughter downloaded my first set of photos that I took, and all went well.
What could have happened? Thanks for any help anyone could give me. Nana- ncmooney

It should be no problem at all to get them back. Please see this post for several free software that you can download. You'll need to use a card reader with these programs though:
