Question about Sprint BlackBerry 8703e Phone
I was downloading a theme offline and it turned off ......then my phone said device halted (in small letters) and underneath that it said reset so i clilcked on reset and it just turned on and off until i hit control alt delete and then it brought the device halted message up again....when i try to go to my device manager on my computer it reads it until i click on application loader and it tries to read it it turns my phone off....PLEASSSE help!
Normally when I have seen this problem, it's never good. if you use the desktop manager and use application loader, you can reload the handheld software of the blackberry, if that doesn't work, then use an application called javaloader and run it with the command "-wipe" to purge the os from the phone, then attempt to reload the handheld software, if it still doesn't work, the unit will have to be replaced.

This is a Fatal error on your blackberry. Usually that means that the device is fried, but sometimes you can bring it back by connecting it to the desktop manager. So keep trying until you get it to come back on but i it doesn't come back on you will need to get it replaced. Sorry.
