I have Nokia 7370 cell phone. Yesterday I have experimented with the Blue tooth, connected phone to the computer, loaded music, shut down the phone several times and eventually got "Phone memory protected" message. When I am trying to open "Names" folder or use 1-touch dialing (which was pre-programmed previously), I see this message "Phone memory protected". I tried to restart the phone, took the battery off...it doesn't help. The phone is not asking for password of code. Just gives me this message. How I can fix this problem? Thank you . Natasha
Under Menu>Contacts>Settings.... Under memory in use, change it to phone and SIM. It will probably ask for a security code which should be in your book, if you haven't changed it, its something like 0000 or 12345 or similar. then you should be able to copy all to the simcard.

Hi, first reset the phone and try to connect again.
If it connects, you can use this step to,But if it doesn't connect that means the blue tooth is corrupted and will need to be flash to restore back blue tooth.
(You will have to flash the phone to restore the memory of the phone. You can use this link to see how to flash your phone. (hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Flash-your-cell-phone) and (unlocktotalk.com/UnlockCodeInstructions.htm.)
HOW TO CONNECT BLUE TOOTH,
It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.
When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.
After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.
there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device. Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).
These sugestions might sound daft but here they are anyway: Store 1,500 songs with 2GB memory card (sold separately) If you dont have one your phone memory may be full. Sound volume check, make sure its on. Use the correct Nokia PC Suite for your phone, connect it by cable to your PC. (blue tooth gives a lot of problems with PC Suite) Make sure you're not loading music files protected by copyright. Make sure the files are in MP3 format.
I would suggest u to remove ur memory card and receive a similar file on the phone memory…try to play it…if this happens then the problem Is there with the memory card…it may b a virus problem…format ur memory card…take backup of ur important data in the memory card and format it...
