No water and brushes not working

Hello - I have a Eureka Atlantis and when I press the button to add water and solution, the water does not come out of the bottom of the machine. Also, when the brushes are turned on, they do not work. Can someone help. Thanks.

Sadly, the advice I got from Eureka was "Time for a new attachment". They can tell where to find a service agent. Call the service agent, and ask if Eureka has solved this problem. Don't waste your time trying to fix it - believe me, it's not worth it unless you are a master with switches, etc.

If Eureka has come up with a new design for that upholstery attachment, the service guy will know because millions are having problems with it (by the looks of it!). I also heard this model was discontinued, but I did not hear that from Eureka when I phoned about my problem.

My eureka atlantis 2590 deep steam extractor will not spray

is the spray pump making a noise? if so, clean spray jets with a lime/calcium remover like "clr."
If the pump isn't making noise, try the rest fuse button.
If that's not it, your pump motor or solenoid is toast.

No suction or spray - Eureka Atlantis Steam Cleaner

I got the machine working. I think because it hadn't been used for awhile that the seals were dried out. I wet them and let it sit for awhile and then I could push the containers all the way in and seated them properly. Then it started working no problem and I got to clean my carpets.

Eureka atlantis...water won't spray out.

Try taking the upholstery nozzle apart, there are only a couple of screws, and make sure the little tube is attached where it is supposed to be attached. Be careful when you take it apart, and remember how to put it back together. Try running some water in the one end and see if it comes out the other end. I had a problem with the grip switch not working, and ended getting Eureka to send me a whole new unit as it was still under warranty. I honestly tried to fix it myself, but I don't think the design is good enough to be fixed, so replacement is usually the better choice. Again, I say, shame on Eureka for such a bad product. A good appliance service depot should be able to get a new hose for you, but if you have to pay big bucks, I think it is better to try a different brand than Eureka. I'm assuming by your question that the nozzle is the one on the upholstery hose attachment.

Eureka

Put water in the tank to the fill line. Turn on the unit, and press the spray as you need it. This is a silly question, and should be taken off the board.

Eureka Atlantis 2591A Extractor - Won't spray

Hard to say without seeing it, is there a function type knob that you would switch from carpet to hose? Did the hose attachment lid close ok? Other then take, if this is new, it has a years warranty on it, just take it to a waranty shop for repair.

EEureka Atlantis 2595A Upright Wet/Dry

I have an Eureka Atlantis Deep Steam Extractor and it does the same thing. It's not new but it hasn't been used much. The only thing the booksays is to put the tank in until it snaps into place. (Like we didn'ttry that.) Apparently it's a bad design. The seal on mine looks fine.

If I was doing the floor I'd just keep going but I'm trying to do my couches and I don't need a huge puddle on the floor.
