Hi. Open the document control panel and look in with a flashlight and see if the jam switch is stuck. also look for a small piece of paper that might be stuck in there. The jam is in where you put documents in to fax out. Lawrence
please confirm that no foregin object droped inside like (stapler-pins)--confirm that paper jam switch in good condition and it is lever not broken and can move in free motion.-chek for small pieces of torn paper and clean the paper path.
I need to know if it still reads "paper jam?" If so, there must either be some piece of paper that is triggering the paper sensor, or the paper sensor actuator has become misaligned.
Just unplug the power cable in your machine and put it back again.The paper jam will clear but...also the fax memory will be clear at the same time.just tel the other line to re-send thier fax again.
