How to fix magnetron in microwave

The only thing you can do is replace the magnetron. You'll need to remove the outer shell of the microwave to get to it, but the repair is fairly simple.

The main oven fan in Hotpoint BD32B is sticking (tries to rotate but goes slow and stops). I need to either re-lubricate the existing fan or replace it. How do I remove the fan?

Remove the cover at the rear of the oven compartment, then holding the fan blade with one hand, undo the nut holding the fan on, it is a left hand thread, so turn the nut clockwise as though you were tightening it.
To remove the motor itself you will have to undo 3 screws securing the fan motor from inside the oven compartment, then remove the outer rear cover of oven to remove the motor.

Hi, I have 90 AJC 06 GC. AEG single oven. At thhe moment when the oven is turned off the cooldown fan will not turn off so I have to turn it of at the main fuse box. Also sometimes the oven turns itself...

The oven cooldown fan will sometimes run for 10 to 15 minutes after turning the oven off. This enables the outer shell of the oven to cool down. Most ovens also have an inbuilt thermal overload in the outer shell. If the temperature in the outer shell gets too hot it will open circuit the oven power until it cools down a bit.

It is a double oven, but I want to eliminate the lower oven... so, I am looking for an electrical plan so I can find out how to disconnect the lower oven... and only install the top part.

•Step 1
Open the oven door to the half open position. Locate the hinge on each side of the oven door toward the bottom. The top center of each hinge has a hole. Insert a nail or screw into the empty hole on each hinge to prevent the hinge from closing inside the door rail after disconnecting from the oven.
•Step 2
Grab the sides of the door with your hands and lift straight up to disengage the hinge from the door. Push down slightly on the top of the door to release it from the hinges. Pull the door away from the oven and place it on a flat surface with the door handle toward the floor.
•Step 4
Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the two screws at the top of the inside door panel that secure the inner door panel to the outer door panel. Loosen and remove the three screws on the bottom edge of the oven door with the screwdriver. Lift the inner panel away from the outer oven door.
•Step 4
Loosen the two screws that secure the door handle to the outer door panel. Lift the outer door panel slightly to pull the handle away from the door.
•Step 5
Remove the screw at the top and bottom of the side hinge rails with the screwdriver. The hinge rails mount to the outer door panel and the inner panel sits between the rails. Lift the hinge rails off the outer panel.
•Step 6
Lift the inner door glass straight up out of the outer door panel. Stand the outer door panel up on its bottom edge. Pull the top trim off of the door panel and outer glass. Hold the top of the glass panel and pull the two side trim pieces away from the outer panel. Pull the outer glass away from the outer pan.
once it comes out you can do what u want.

Need to change burned-out light bulb in microwave ... no visible way to remove old one?

Basically you will need to slide the microwave out of the oven shell to gain access to the top side of the microwave, then it's a simple swap. To do this, you will need to remove the side rails * screws, pull the entire oven forward. Remove 2 screws holding the control panel at the top and remove both the plastics vents above and below the microwave. The remove 4 screws, 2 on each side that hold the microwave to the shell. Next you need to pull the microwave forward from the shell like in the picture part way out. Mine was tight and took more force than I expected so I was not sure if I got all the screws or not. It was eventually persuaded. Make sure the power is switched off and don't pull the entire oven on top of you. Have fun._509.jpg

Oven fan zannusi zbf360x

Remove rear panel in back of oven, there you will see the fan, remove fan blade, usually left hand thread, and remove screws that hold fan, if they are not accessable from inside the oven then you will have to remove oven from housing, and remove rear outer panel to access fan screws and connections.
Remove fan and replace in reverse order.,don't forget the nut that holds the fan is a left hand thread.
Plz rate this solution.

Kitchenaid double oven shut down!

The problem is they overheat because hot air is drawn in by the blower and overheats the outer chamber of the oven where the thermo fuse link is. The one or two fuse links are blown simple replacement but have to remove oven (two person job) remove outer shell and find it (them) in the back of the oven. Also the fuse link wire going into the main processor is probably blown.
