Mobile phone My mobile goes off when i switch it on...even after charging...its only 6 monthh old...

If the charger is ok, I would think the battery is on the way out

Firstly, Remove Sim Card , Memory Card and try to reboot 3-6 times,sometimes this trick is working.Even if the problem still persist better to contact mobile repairing shop or follow the procedure below.

First download and install Pheonix from this link. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link 3110c file and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top left <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Button and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone. e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one which is higher. After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box. Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your phone is Dead, unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish" button after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton" etc. insert charger or press it and wait until the phone will Restart automatically in normal mode 10-15 minutes. your first suspect should be your mobile battery,kindly charge it for few minutes and then switch on your mobile,because if the mobile is dead it takes few minutes to recover itself..and even after charging your mobile if you cannot switch it on,then this is the problem usually caused by viruswhich happens when you are receiving files from p.c or untrusted mobiles...... and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not tofunction,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest l.g care,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed...

have you tried a different charger..

it seems you have not charged your cell for initial 24 hrs and used the mobile as per the policy of every mobile company. Anyway, switch off your mobile and keep it on charging for next 24 hrs. In case it doesnot works after that also, go for replacement with the vendor.

I am also facing the same problem with my O2 XDA mini. It seems to be the problem with the battery/charger. Are you using genuine battery/chargers that came with the phone? I am using a local battery so assume that it has to do something with the battery itself.

the problem might be in ur charger pin in mobile.. if u hand ur mobile to any of the authorised service centre the will rectify ur problem...

try a new battery or take the phone to a mobile service center to have it reflash nd also you can try topsony.com

charge the phone with its own charger. dont use universal charger or other nokia mobile charger. china mobile have this problem. so charge the battery with the charger that came with it. hope ur problem will be solved.
