How do i reset my rca h100a? (by 3 users)

when i turn on my h100a mp3 it wont play my songs how do i fix it?

It plays a single song repeatedly instead of changing songs it restarts... you need to hold the power button for 10 seconds should reset it
you can get firmware update here the unit will fonction better!
