Question about CTX Value VL 510 15" CRT Monitor
My S760/S61/S762 monitor is about 2 yrs old.It flashes on and off. It has slowly gotten worse so it is unusable now.
Is it fixable??
A reputable computer or TV repair shop could probably fix it, but it will continue to be prone to failures due to its age. Also, the cost would likely be 70% (or more) of the cost of a new one.
I would recommend replacing it with a new one....you'd be pleased with a nice 17" LCD monitor...but if you're concerned about price...the CRT models are still a little cheaper.
