My tv is a Vito, and the remote is a PX-RC1 universal. My idiot roommate threw out the intsructions and I need the remote. What do I do??

I got a free tv and it didnt have the original remote. It came with a px-rc1 remote and it wasnt programmed.. I have no instructions for it and no remote for my tv. any help appreciated in programming it. my tv is a prima.

I don't know how to use the above codes because my remote doesn't have a zero. A lot of the codes require a zero. Does anyone know of a way around this omission? Thanks, stellablu47

To program the electrohome, hold "set" then "tv" and the code for electrohome TV are:

044, 046, 048, 046, 100, 113, 176, 178, 188, 190 and 195.

The two 046 is not a mistake, that's what's in the manual.

As for the vito TV??? The code is not in the manual.

press and hold "set" then "TV" (or whatever device) then press "set" again. Point the remote at the device and press repeadly the power button until the device turns on. Press "TV" again to complete the programming procedure.

Done.!

I have the same remote and was trying to program it for a motorola cable set-top. The programming instruction doesn't has motorola brand code for cable. I tried the search functions with no luck. Anyone has any idea of what might work?
