Picture keeps freezing and making a load buzzing noise.

This is usually caused by a cold solder joint underthe GPU, which causes overheating, but your Xbox 360 hasn't recognized it yet,thus it has not displayed the 3RROD error (3 Red ring of death, red lights). Itwill sometime in the future if it remains unfixed.

You have a few options:

1) If it is within 3 years of its manufacture date (printed on the back of the console).You can call Microsoft and send it in, and they may replace it for you forfree. I know they do this for 3RROD Xboxes, but they may not be as quick toreplace it for free if it hasn't displayed the error yet.

2) Do the "X-Clamp" fix yourself following a guide from hereor here.

3) There are many repair sites that would be more than happy tohave you send in your Xbox 360 to have it repaired.
