By mistake i flashed the bios of my Acer 5920 with the older version thats available on the Acer website, now the laptop doesn't start properly. Theres no image on the screen, not even shows the information on start nor i can access the bios by pressing F2. Can somebody help me. Is it possible to do a hardware reset to the bios? Please help me !!!
Many Thanks
HF
To enter the BIOS menu on any computer (as far as my 14 years of knowledge) press the "del" or delete key repeatedly and you should get in the BIOS, on one of the tabs or menus, you should be able to reset BIOS settings to factory default.
You can reset the bios setting by removing the battery, you can also remove the jumper pin from the motherboard from pin1-2 to pin3-4 wait for 10sec then return to pin1-2
