Below is the link to the service and repair guide. Change out the keyboard...they do not do well with spills. They are really just one big circuit board. Buy one cheap on Ebay and change it out following the guide below.

Open your netbook and remove the ribbon connecting the keyboard to the motherboard and the screen cable (long and black cable) and dry it out (DO NOT GET WATER ON THE MOTHERBOARD it will break COMPLETELY) YOU ARE very very lucky id didn't already and replace and tell me if that worked

How do I fix sticky keys on netbook?

Physically sticky keys because you spilled something on them or sticky keys keyboard shortcuts?
The first you don't really unless you want to dismantle the keyboard and clean the entire thing (do-able but it would take you a long time and you risk breaking the pieces under each key) I would just buy a new keyboard on ebay for $15-30 and have someone replace it.
Second, keyboard short cuts you can disable under Control Panel > Ease of Use > "Make the keyboard easier to use" and uncheck sticky keys.

Comment if you need more assistance and please rate the solution if you found it useful.
Thanks,
Justin

ACER ASPIRE ONE NETBOOK need help, keys 5,7,9,-,[ have stopped functioning, possible to small amount of coke being spilled on keyboard, have removed keys to clean under them but doesn't seem to make...

There's a need for you to bring your netbook to a service center to check for any possible hardware problem. Usual cleaning should be able to resolve this issue but if not it requires a local service center to ran further check on your netbook.

Hi i i have a acer D260 Netbook and i spilled chicken stock on the keyboard and its not working what should i do?

Hi !

If the keyboard is damaged or some keys are not functioning well. It is not repairable, but the whole keyboard can be replace by new one. Try to find computer repair shops that install new keyboard for your laptop. Normally, they have keyboard part in every computer. Good Luck.

Acer Aspire One A0A150 keyboard issue,

Sounds to be you just got a faulty keyboard from HongKong, if your old keyboard works except the the Z and the new keyboard works only with function keys, then it sounds to be that the new keyboard is not ment for your laptop. if anything you should of had the same problems as your old keyboard. try using a USB keyboard.

Pop the enter key off (be gentle), then take a Q-tip with alcohol (rubbing not drinking) and clean the connector and the rubber riser. If the problem persists, the you will have to replace the keyboard.

Acer Aspire 5610 - one key does not work

Laptop keyboard are semi-sealed circuit boards. This means that liquid can get into the contacts and can not be cleaned. Depending on how much liquid was spilled on the keyboard chances are that the liquid has seeped around the edges of the keyboard and down onto the mainboard of the laptop. My first suggestion would be to keep the laptop turned off until you can remove the keyboard and check for liquid damage to the mainboard. If there is no damage to the mainboard I would suggest buying a new keyboard before turning the computer back on as any shorts caused by the liquid damage on the keyboard can cause damage to the keyboard controller circuit on the mainboard.
