The V26 DM repair kit will usually repair that issue. You can get the kit at www.tvrepairworld.com the kit contains the replacement capacitors and the CD with Instructions.

I unplugged the tv to use the outlet for something else. When I plugged the tv back in and turned it on---I get the timer light (green) flashing. I have waited and waited for it to stop and it doesn't....

Defective capacitors on the DM leaving it plugged in the caps still work sice they'r e charged, But unpluggung allows them to discharge then they wont charge up again since they're defective so you get the blinking light. You can get the V26 DM repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the replacement capacitors and the CD with repair instructions.

We recently changed the bulb cartridge. We receive broadcast tv, no cable, no sat. Our WD-52525 had worked perfectly until we changed the cartridge. Now it will not stay on, it shuts down and the green...

Hi the cartridge's work is to hold the lamp in place it will not go faulty or melt or will prevent tv from lighting up.Did you close the door cover on the back properly.Did you reset the lamp timer? Do it by unplugging tv wait 5 min and plug it back again.Pay attention to clicking sounds or like wanting to turn on it could be a bad ballast and that's the board that powers the lamp.Hopefully you dont have "The green light of death" Issue. It tells all about it here http://www.highdefforum.com/rear-projection-tvs/58189-blinking-green-light-death-frequent-prob-w-mitsubishi-rear-proj-widescreens.html Good luck and God bless you!

Blinking Green Light on Mitsubishi DLP 52525

the dlp will most likely need a qualified mits repair center to take over for you. repairing that set is pretty involved. and the parts you would need are not available to the public.
on your 48" CRT projection check the DM module for 4 vented 1000mf 16v capacitors. replacement should get you tv working great
