You do know that on Subaru's there is a switch on the steering collum that runs the running lights? If that's off the mark, then check your fuses. The one you will be looking for is marked "tail" in the fuse box.
the common system problem look like the headlights switch
and cluster back bulbs .... remove front panel cluster and remove headlight switch look for burn wire or connector terminal. test light
fuses all
hope it helps
Open the rear door, locate the two screws next to the tail light. They will be philips head. Take them out, pop off tail light, unhook light harness. Reinstall is opposite of removal.
Double check fuses - replace tail light fuse even if it looks good. If that doesn't fix it, then you have bad headlamp switch (headlamp switch also feeds tail & dash lights)
THE TAIL/MARKER LIGHTS, GO FROM THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH TO THE REAR FOR THE TAIL LIGHTS & TO THE FRONT FOR PARKING OR RUNNING LIGHTS. ALL THOSE LIGHTS ARE ON THE SAME CIRCUIT, { BROWN WIRE } THE BRAKE & TURN SIGNAL WIRES GO FROM THE STOP LIGHT SWITCH & FROM THE TURN SIGNAL/HAZARD SWITCH. NO RELAY IN THE TAIL/PARK CIRCUIT. CHECK THE FUSES WITH A GOOD FUSE TESTER.
fuses control each side of car so two feeds to rear lights if power lost in both rear lights and front side lights work then its a connection multiblock somewhere but never seen this vehicle in spain so i couldnt tell you where to look only a mechanics logical diagnostics, sorry about this
Since this is happening only to one side of the vehicle and not the other than i would say you have an electrical fault in the switch and or a hot wire is broken not allowing your lights on that side to come on when told to do so.
