Ready heater 100,000 btu won't fire up!!!!!!!

I't is a older model. there are no # to call. The fan and everything blows, but it acts like it is not getting any fuel or maybe the spark plug is bad. Someone has done allot of rewiring on this thing. I was hoping for some help or maybe someone can tell me where to find a repair manual, or parts book to fix it.

I have a 100,000 BTU heater has fuel coming out the end, will not fire

SHOULD NOT BE SPRAYING FUEL OUT THE END. TURN THE PRESSURE DOWN BY TURNING THE FLAT HEAD ADJUSTMENT SCREW COUNTER CLOCKWISE IN SMALL INCRIMENTS.

My ready heater 100,000 will run for app. 5hrs then flame out and blow smoke or unburned fuel the same several times pressure is right

If the heater continuously has a 5 hour run-time check to see if the fuel pickup tube goes to the bottom of the tank. If broken, cracked, or shortened the fuel will stop being picked up when air is sucked rather than fuel.

Hayward pool heater H100ID keeps blowing GFI

First, I don't see any heaters in my parts wired thru a GFCI. Why did you resolder inputs on board. Usually, those are not repairs that are acceptable. If the pins have shorted, then you need to replace the board. Could be a problem with the ignitor, but this might be one that you will need to call a pro in for. Did you install the heater yourself???

100,000 redi heater wont fire just blower fan runs

The igniter is most likely bad.Make sure the igniter is not working, and the pump for the fuel is working, one,or the other is not working,if it is the fuel, order a new pump kit, with impelar, and if it is the igniter, replace it with a new one.

I have an older 100,000 btu Reddy unit that was pulsing. Put new diesel in and problem went away for awhile. Now pulsing again.

might have a clogged fuel filter. try to drain and replace. run fresh fuel. the pulse also could come from too much fuel causing a burst in the main heat exchanger. if this heater is older than ten years i would trash it and buy a new one so you dont blow up

Won't light/stay on

It may be the spark plug (or the ignition module). On my Reddy Heater 50K BTU, there are six metal screws that join the top of torpedo tube to the bottom. Remove these, and the top of the tube casing. The spark plug should be in plain sight.

Turn the unit on and look for spark. If it's not firing, replace the plug. If it still doesn't fire, you may need to replace the ignition module (it's what is "connected to the spark plug via the fat ignition wire.")

Hope this helps,
