If the fuse was blown origionally. Check the horizontal output and low voltage regulators for being shorted.

I dont have the service manual for that model. However the Horizontal output transistor is always located near the flyback and is mounted onto a large heatsink. The low voltage regulators are slightly smaller than the H output, also mounted to small heatsinks. You may be able to get a manual online at one of the manual sites. You have Chassis number ITC222 its pretty hard to find.

I replaced an apparent blown fuse, TV still won't power on.

Most likely your power supply is damaged and will need to be replaced. Sometimes, power supply manufacturers add additional "fusible resistors" to provide additional protection.

We have a Notevision Sharp LCD projector, PG-C30XU and can't figure out how to open up the insides of the projector to replace the fuse. Or even where to get the replacement fuse.
Above is a download for your service and repair manual, this will show you everything you need to know to do with this printer.
Replacement fuses, and parts, are easy to obtain, simply Google the parts number, obtained from the manual, and you will find a number of suppliers, simply choose one you like, and get it shipped to you.

I have a Canon LV-7350 that comes on for 15 secs then turns off.. everything is hooked up correctly. and I have swiched out the bulb to rule that out.. anyone ever seen this?

Hello :

It must be overheating problem . Check the fans . If the fans run properly , then you need to check the fuse or the power PCB [printed circuit board ] . If everything is okay with all of those , then I recommend you to replace the bulb .

Here I'll tell you how to replace it :

  1. Make sure that your power switch is off and that the power cord is unplugged from the electrical socket.
It is also wise to unplug any other cables and label them in order to restore them in the right way once the lamp is replaced.
  2. In order to see the lamp, remove the access handle on the outside cover. You may need to use a screwdriver.
  3. Pull out the used lamp and clean the relevant parts using micro fiber products and not paper.
Please note that in some projectors a small inside filter should also be replaced.
  4. Insert the new lamp into the projector carefully avoiding touching the glass of the lamp itself.
Touching the lamp will deposit skin oil that will likely damage any new lamp during use.
  5. Reassemble the access panel, repluge the cables and power up the projector.

Things You'll Need:

  • avoid touching the bare projector lamp

Replaced the projector lamp 3 weeks ago. Reset

If the lamp is working it should be fairly obvious but stand to one side of the lens and see whether there is any light coming from the projector. If there is you know that it's an input problem. If there isn't either a fuse has gone, the bulb has blown or the filters might need cleaning. If the bulb has blown it's probably because you handled the bulb. It's vital not to touch these bulbs with your fingers. If you do wipe it with methylated spirits.
