You will still need to download drivers for hardware ie network adapters ,get on line and search for Fujitsu LifeBook C6545 drivers ,download them and then install them,probably one at a time, use the latest versions that are compatible with the version of windows you are using
With voltage step down power supplies, output power is more important than data plate output V (volts). V times output A (data-plate amps) equals output Watts (or VA) under normal load. If the voltages are close and the output watts (VA) are very close (one or two watts) you are in luck as long as the connector is same size; AND THE POLARITY (+ & -) IS THE SAME for the old and replacement unit!

check the power settings and make sure that the battery and power cable settings are on when plugged in. Also sometimes a battery needs to be installed to do this. If the power adapter is working then all should be fine.
